We lease on a month-to-month basis. We don’t have any long term contracts or obligations.

When can I move in?

If you find a unit that fits your needs, you can move in right away!

How much of a notice needs to be given before I move out?

You can provide us with a 10 day notice via call, email or text. You can also visit the office and we can set up a 10 day vacate notice.

Does there have to be someone in the office to let me through the security gates?

No! You will be assigned a private gate code that will allow you access to the facility 24/7.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept credit card, check, or cash! You can also set up autopay online or in office.

Question 7

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We offer maximum security locks for $1 a month or you are welcome to bring and use your own lock.

Are there any items that I am not able to store?

Accepted Answer

Liquids, explosives, flammable liquids, toxic materials and perishables. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding a specific item.

Do you have hand carts and dollies available at your facility?

Yes! You are welcome to use our complimentary hand carts during office hours!

What type of documentation do I need to provide in order to rent a space?
