I have rented from the Haywood Congaree Self Storage for many, many years and have always appreciated the staff and their courteous and professional style. Equally important has been the ease of access to storage areas and the constant rates. Should I ever need a storage area again I would be back here in a flash.

Friendly and very helpful staff

I never thought I would have reason to rate a storage facility but Haywood Congree self storage went well above what we expected for storage. We have used a few different storage locations in the past between moves and during home renovation projects. I reserved our unit online but when it was time to check in I realized I needed a different size and lot location and the individuals in the front office went out of their way to help me find the unit that would work best for us and made the change seemless. When my movers came to clear out the unit, the owner called to remind me to contact the office if I would not be staying another month to avoid being charged if I no longer needed the space. They treated me like a costumer should be treated not like a credit card number. We will definitely be using them in the future.

This storage unit is in in a convenient location close to I-385 and not far from downtown Greenville. The staff is very nice and the units are high quality. I've used this storage facility twice now and I would recommend it to anyone.

Clean Facility with a very helpful staff. I am a Senior Citizen and the staff was most accommodating and patient with me as I was looking for a place for my belongings as I downsized my living arrangements.
